La Constituci\u00f3n reconoce y garantiza a los inmigrantes la libertad de expresi\u00f3n y de religi\u00f3n, el derecho a un juicio justo y la protecci\u00f3n contra la discriminaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

A los inmigrantes se les garantiza un proceso legal justo antes de ser deportados. <\/span>Esto implica que tienen derecho a ser informados sobre las razones de su detenci\u00f3n, a tener acceso a un abogado y presentar su caso ante un juez de inmigraci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Los inmigrantes tienen derecho a recibir atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica de emergencia, independientemente de su estatus migratorio.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Los ni\u00f1os inmigrantes pueden recibir educaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica en Estados Unidos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Los inmigrantes pueden presentar una queja si creen que sus derechos han sido violados. <\/span>Pueden comunicarse con organizaciones de derechos civiles, abogados de inmigraci\u00f3n y agencias gubernamentales para buscar asesoramiento y asistencia.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
